Transform Your Health Journey

Our Services

Healthcare Designed Around the Biology of Preventionâ„¢

At Urbane Health Services, we believe prevention should go beyond an annual physical. Our approach combines evidence-based primary care with metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, and lifestyle medicine to identify health risks earlier and develop personalized strategies for long-term health.

Through The Biology of Prevention™, we look beyond isolated symptoms to understand the biological patterns that can influence future disease—including insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, cardiovascular risk, hormonal changes, body composition, and nutritional health.

Our services are available through in-person and telehealth care, with multi-state care options based on clinician licensure and service eligibility.

Primary Care & Prevention

Know Your Risk. Protect Your Health.

Primary care is the foundation of prevention. We provide comprehensive adult healthcare focused not only on treating illness, but also on identifying and addressing risk factors before they progress into chronic disease.

Care may include annual wellness and preventive visits, age-appropriate screenings, blood pressure and cardiovascular risk assessment, diabetes and prediabetes screening, cholesterol management, chronic disease management, medication review, lifestyle counseling, and coordination with specialists when needed.

Our focus: helping you understand where your health is today—and what can be done now to protect where it is going.

Common areas we address: preventive health screenings • hypertension • cholesterol • prediabetes and diabetes • obesity • cardiovascular risk • nutritional deficiencies • lifestyle-related conditions • chronic disease management

Weight & Metabolic Health

Treat the Biology Behind the Weight

Weight management is about more than a number on the scale.

Our metabolic health program evaluates the clinical factors that may contribute to weight gain, difficulty losing weight, insulin resistance, prediabetes, cardiometabolic risk, and changes in body composition.

Treatment is individualized and may incorporate comprehensive laboratory evaluation, nutrition and lifestyle interventions, physical activity and resistance-training strategies, body-composition monitoring, management of metabolic risk factors, and prescription weight-management medications when medically appropriate.

Rather than focusing exclusively on weight loss, our goal is to improve metabolic health, preserve lean muscle, reduce future disease risk, and create sustainable results.

Conditions and concerns we commonly address: obesity • overweight with metabolic risk • insulin resistance • prediabetes • metabolic syndrome • dyslipidemia • cardiometabolic risk • weight regain • medication-associated weight concerns

Women's & Midlife Health

Personalized Care for the Biology of Midlife

Women’s health needs evolve throughout adulthood, and the transition through perimenopause and menopause can affect far more than the menstrual cycle.

We provide an integrated approach to women’s midlife health that considers hormonal symptoms alongside metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, sleep, weight and body composition, sexual and genitourinary health, bone health, and overall wellbeing.

Evaluation begins with your medical history, symptoms, individual risk factors, and appropriate diagnostic testing. Treatment may incorporate lifestyle medicine, metabolic risk reduction, nonhormonal therapies, and evidence-based menopausal hormone therapy when clinically appropriate.

We can help evaluate: perimenopause and menopause • hot flashes and night sweats • sleep changes • weight and body-composition changes • metabolic changes • sexual and genitourinary symptoms • bone-health risk • cardiovascular risk during midlife

Men’s Hormone Health

Personalized Evaluation for Hormonal Health

Men’s hormone health can change with age and may affect energy, mood, body composition, sexual health, sleep, and overall wellbeing. We take an individualized approach to evaluating hormone-related concerns, including symptoms that may be associated with low testosterone.

Evaluation begins with a review of your medical history, symptoms, health goals, medications, and individual risk factors. When clinically appropriate, your evaluation may include laboratory testing to better understand your hormone levels and overall health.

If treatment is appropriate, we discuss options based on your individual needs, health history, and clinical findings. For appropriate patients, EvexiPEL® may be considered as one treatment option as part of an individualized hormone-care plan.

We can help evaluate: symptoms associated with low testosterone • changes in energy • changes in mood • changes in muscle mass and body composition • sexual-health concerns • sleep changes • age-related hormonal changes

Urbane Skin Institute with Hair Restoration

Healthy Skin. Healthy Hair. A Clinical Approach.

Urbane Skin Institute extends our preventive-health philosophy to skin and hair.

Rather than treating hair loss or skin concerns solely as cosmetic problems, we evaluate potential clinical contributors—including hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, metabolic health, medication effects, inflammation, and other underlying conditions when appropriate.

Our approach combines clinical assessment with individualized treatment strategies designed to support healthier skin, scalp, and hair.

Hair-restoration services may include diagnostic evaluation of hair loss and evidence-based medical or procedural treatment options based on individual candidacy.

Areas of focus: hair thinning and hair loss • scalp health • age-related skin concerns • metabolic and hormonal contributors to hair changes • nutritional contributors • individualized skin-health and restoration plans
